Contract Manager - Full TimePymble, NSWReady for your next opportunity? We’re seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead contract performance, reporting and client relationships at Busways! What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and manage the Contracts team, ensuring accurate delivery of work within agreed timeframesAct as the primary escalation point and build strong, trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholdersOversee contract administration and ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reportingMonitor, analyse and report on contractual KPIs, identifying risks and driving continuous improvementCoordinate and participate in internal preparation meetings and external client forumsWork closely with Finance to reconcile payments, claims and invoicing in line with contract requirementsCollaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure operational delivery meets contractual obligationsWhat You’ll Bring:Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a contracts, commercial or similar leadership roleProven experience leading and developing teams in a complex operational environmentStrong knowledge of contract management, reporting and KPI governanceExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsStrong analytical ability with high attention to detail and deadline focusProficiency in MS Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skillsCurrent Australian working rightsWhat We Offer You:At Busways, we don’t just transport people - we care about every part of the journey.
